A WWII voxel extraction shooter

No Man’s
Village

Forty minutes. One occupied village. Pack your kit, go in, take everything you can carry, and make it out alive before the bombers come, or lose it all.

Play the alpha Free on itch.io for Windows, macOS and Linux, Steam Early Access later. Bring up to three friends.
The raid

Go in. Loot it. Get out.

Everything you take in is on the line. Everything you bring out is yours to keep.

The loadout screen: a Colt M1911 in the sidearm slot, kit slots and the stash of guns, grenades and dressings.
01 · Headquarters

Gear up

Pick a rifle and a sidearm, pack rounds and dressings, and choose where you go in. Weight slows you down. The pouch keeps two things safe if you fall.

Searching a cabinet in a dark house: the kit panel lists what it holds beside the kit and the bag.
02 · The village

Loot everything

Every house has something worth opening: armoires, dressers, chests, desks, workbenches. Cognac, medals, silver, and if you are lucky a painting, a cipher book or a gold ingot worth more than the rest of the raid together.

An M1 Garand raised on a rainy road at dawn, a soldier of the garrison standing in the road ahead.
03 · The garrison

Survive the fight

Riflemen, machine guns on overwatch, scoped marksmen and an officer at the abbey. Every wound bleeds until you dress it, and nothing heals on its own.

The map with three minutes and twenty seconds left: the extractions, their distances and the orders still open.
04 · Extraction

Make it out

Hold an extraction for eight seconds and everything you carry is banked. Die, or let the clock run out, and you keep only your pouch.

  • The road out, a different one every raid
  • The supply train, while it stands at the halt
  • The half-track, once you fuel it
  • A resistance guide, for two cartons of cigarettes
  • A flare pickup the whole valley sees
Saint-Roch

A village worth the risk

Fog at dawn, storms in the afternoon, a lamp by the crossroads at night. Every raid draws its own hour and weather, and the garrison sees less in the dark.

The village is waiting

The alpha is free on itch.io for 64-bit Windows 10 or later, macOS 12 or later and Linux. Install it with the itch app and every new build arrives by itself; squads find each other on the public server.

Play the alpha

It is an early build: expect rough edges, and progress may be reset between versions. No Man’s Village comes to Steam Early Access later. Windows may warn that the game comes from an unknown publisher: choose More info, then Run anyway. macOS may say it cannot check the app: open System Settings, Privacy & Security, and choose Open Anyway. A graphics card with Vulkan, Direct3D 12 or Metal is needed.
